Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of information and corporate communications to Admiral Markets staff. The role is wide-ranging, encompassing the timely coordination of employee communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency.

As Internal Communications Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing, maintaining and continually improving consistent, proactive and effective corporate internal communications process within Admiral Markets.
  • Developing an understanding and awareness of the internal communication needs
  • Writing articles for the Admiral's client magazine
  • Delivering regular communications to all staff through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages:
       - Newsletters;
       - E-Bulletin;
       - Intranet;
       - Briefing material;
       - Conference and seminars.

Skill requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a Marketing/PR/Journalism-related discipline with 3-5 years of experience in a PR and/or Journalism environment
  • Must demonstrate first-class interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English, one more European language will come as a plus
  • Capable of communicating at all levels of business
  • Strong multi-tasking capacity, with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects
  • Problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work individually and also as part of a team
